There are three ways for you to obtain Internode Naked ADSL2+! This page describes each method so you can determine which one is most appropriate for your circumstances.
Here is a graphical representation of the available methods to transfer to Naked ADSL2+, further detailed explanations on these processes are provided below the diagram.

The very first thing to check is whether Naked ADSL2+ is available in your exchange area! Simply enter your telephone number into our Coverage Checker, and the availability of our various ADSL service types will be clearly listed.
This will indicate whether your local exchange has the necessary equipment (DSLAM) to deliver Internode Naked ADSL2+. It doesn't however analyse the copper access network between your premises and the local exchange - that can only be done when we receive your order. Specifically, Internode Naked ADSL2+ can only be delivered :
We'll check all these items as part of provisioning your service. If at any point we find you cannot obtain an Internode Naked ADSL2+ service at your premise, you can cancel the order with no penalty - no success, no fee!
Read on for details on the options available for connecting to Internode Naked ADSL2+. If you’re still not sure, please contact Internode Sales for further assistance.
This option involves the conversion of an existing active telephone service into an Internode Naked ADSL2+ service, with only a brief outage. This tends to be the most convenient method, since no site visit is required.
If you have a line with a 'soft dial tone' (the dial tone is present but the line is not fully activated), you can usually arrange through Telstra to have the line converted to fully active status as an 'in place reconnection' for $59. Once that has been done, you can then order a conversion to Naked ADSL2+.
Hence for (typically) $59 plus one month of Telstra line rental, you can achieve a simple and effective connection to Naked ADSL2+ with no site visit required.
Further details are available here.
Another convenient option for obtaining Internode Naked ADSL2+ is ‘churn’. This is available if your current service is provided by another telco or ISP, and delivered over an Optus DSLAM.
Further details are available here.
These connections involve installing your Internode Naked ADSL2+ service on to an existing spare ('vacant') copper pair at your premises - a site visit will be required.
Further details are available here.
We continue to work on simplifying the processes and expanding the options available for you to obtain Internode Naked ADSL2+. The above options should address most customer requirements. It can be quite confusing, so feel free to contact Internode Sales on 13 6633 if you need some helpful advice.
In future we also intend to support transfers of broadband services delivered by other providers using Unbundled Local Loop. Please note this facility is not yet available, but is under development.
Internode Naked ADSL2+ does not provide support for any ‘traditional' analog / voice services, including telephones (except via VoIP) and any service that requires an analog modem connection, such as most monitored alarm systems, eftpos machines, fax machines, dialup modems, etc.
Please ensure that you are aware of the costs that you may incur for cancelling Naked ADSL2+ orders prior to cutover. Also note that we will install the service exactly as specified by you - so please double-check the service address and phone number carefully!
You can cancel an order for Internode Naked ADSL2+ up to a week before the scheduled cutover date, without penalty. After this point we incur considerable third party costs and commitments, and these are passed on to you.
Specifically, if you cancel your order for an Internode Naked ADSL2+ service within five working days of the scheduled cutover date, then the setup charge ($0 on a 24 month contract / $39 or $129 otherwise) plus one month's rental (as per the specific Naked ADSL2+ plan) plus the early cancellation charge ($199 on a 24 month contract / $0 otherwise) will apply.
Please ensure accuracy in the information that you provide us for your Naked ADSL2+ order, since we will install the service exactly according to the instructions that you have given us. So if you provide incorrect information on your order - such as the wrong address for installation of the Naked ADSL2+ service; or the wrong phone number to be converted to Naked ADSL2+ - then your service will be installed at the wrong location or on the wrong copper pair.
Because of costs that we incur in all completed installations and conversions, you will be charged for corrections to the Naked ADSL2+ service that you have incorrectly specified. This will consist of either:
